New Garage Door Grantham - Automatic Sectional
We fitted these two New Garage Doors in Grantham a few weeks ago. They are Garage Door Systems Sectional Garage Doors with a Georgian Panel Pattern in a white Finish.
This is one of many jobs on which we increased the width of the garages. Sometimes we will take out a center pier and have an RSJ put in but in this case the customer wanted to maintain to individual garaged. Here we cut out half a brick on each side, which allowed us to put a 2268mm wide door between the brickwork, this also preserved the length of the garage by not taking the door back to fit behind the brickwork.
These New Automatic Garage Doors are powered by Chamberlian Liftmaster LM60 Automatic Garage Door openers. They are belt drive so operate quietly and with little maintenance. The Liftmaster Motors all have an auto reverse safety system on them, so they can identify if they touch an obstruction and will then back up the door out of the way.
On these doors we also fitted Photo-Eye systems, these sense through a broken light beam if in object is passing through the opening and will halt the movement of the door immediately. This is a system provided by Garage Door systems.
We fit Chamberlain Automatic Openers as standard to our doors but if you are after anther make we are more than happy to install Hormann, Somfy, Seip or any other manufacturer.
