Superb service from start to finish. I enquired about having our garage door automated, and from quote to installation it took less than a week. The two installers were lovely guys and it was a pleasure to have them on our premises. Everything was explained and demonstrated, and no mess was left. Superb service, would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. The greatest selling point for me was the attention to detail James provided during the site visit. I invited 4 companies but James was the only person to spot potential issues and provide solutions to improve the overall look. The extra finishing touches were all completed as promised by the two expert fitters, who worked tirelessly and were very polite and respectful of my property. The office team were also very responsive and helpful throughout. I felt in good hands and would highly recommend. Thank you for the transformation... I can now get the driveway finished!

Fitting garage door motor

These guys are some of the best tradesmen I have ever used. Extremely polite and courteous they fitted the motor in a garage that does not have standard roofing beams utilising their experience and ability to resolve the issue. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

My experience from start to completion was a 10/10; from my initial phone call to the office, through to the visit from Tom, onto the garage door installation itself. The three fellas worked hard, were courteous and respectful of my property, and very polite. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending GDCG to any friend or member of my family needing a new garage door installation. 5*

Excellent Experience with this company from start to finish. Very helpful, clear explanation of process and choices available to us. First visit to produce estimate was great, very patient and answered all our questions and we didn't feel pressurised at all. Once we had chosen our options we had to wait for the door to be prepared and a date set for it to be fitted. Fitting was done yeaterday by a great team in horrible cold weather - very efficient, polite and happy to exlain the system - a Novorol roller door with alarm. we are very pleased with the look of the new door and it works very well, and surprisingly quietly, Excellent company would highly recommend.

A very different experience from our last garage door service. Last time I requested a service my call was returned the same day offering me a concrete appointment. This year I called mid February and was told someone would call me back. I rang the following day and was told I was “on the list”. I asked for an appointment but wasn’t given one, it was reiterated I was “on the list”. More than 3 weeks passed before we were offered “a cancellation” at short notice. As we both work we weren’t able to accept a few more short notice appointments and it wasn’t what we’d asked for. Is an appointment in the diary unreasonable? Finally, on April 13th, 2 months after I’d requested the service, I received a phone call asking if I was available in 2 hours time…….i had been starting to wonder if a different company could service our doors because I was started to feel undervalued as a customer and fobbed off. Thankfully for GGDC the engineers they employ are always amazing. They are really friendly, professional and know their job inside out. 5 stars for them but nowhere near for the half baked “appointment” system for a garage door service if you live in Grantham.

I phoned the Garage Door Company Grantham, as our garage door would not open. From start to finish the Garage Door Company , were so helpful. They came out within a couple of hours from my call and repaired our garage door. Everyone I spoke to and the two men who came out, were polite, professional extremely helpful.
