The door is insulated as the garage joins onto the house and the insulation along with the sealing strip across the floor and the full seal all the way around the door really help to keep the heat in. We then finished off the job with UPVC surround and then a run of sealent to fully waterproof upto the brickwork. The door is powered by a Liftmaster LM60 operator which will keep this door moving easily and smoothly for many years to come.
Even though the space in the garage here is quite tight the gear for this automatic sectional door fits snugly and unobtrusively inside the garage, still allowing plenty of room for manoeuvre inside.
